About Our Cakes

Our cakes are proudly Halal certified to the highest standard from the Department of Islamic Development of Malaysia (JAKIM).

Please keep the cake to chiller within 1 hour to avoid melting and maintain the quality of the cake. All cakes must be kept refrigerated (2°c – 6°c) at all times before serving.

All cakes are made using fresh ingredients, we strongly recommend to consume the cake within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If there’s any leftovers, please keep the cake fully sealed in an air-tight plastic container in the fridge to prevent dehydration/contamination and consume as soon as possible.

Orders

Yes, we can write a simple message on the cake upon request. Please provide your message to us at the “order” page.

Yes, a knife will be provided for all cake orders. You may request for the number of candles at the “order” page.

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full & successful payment.

Dandy Modern Food requires at least THREE DAYS to process your orders.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with details of your payment method and details of your selected delivery time slot as a confirmation of your order. Please make sure to check the Spam or Junk Folder in your e‐mail if you have not received our order confirmation.

All successful order will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it’s not in your inbox.

Kindly email us / call us to request for changes, changes will be confirmed / rejected based on case by case basis. We will contact you to arrange for a replacement cake if changes requested cannot be fulfilled,  it is our responsibility to replace a similar product of equal value.

If no one pick up the cake during the allocated time in a day’s time, order will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Dandy Modern Food will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

  • Recipient is not present at the selected outlet at the time which the delivery was requested to take place.
  • No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
  • In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.

Please read and agree on the delivery/cancellation/refund policy and online policy before proceed to checkout.

We will contact you to arrange for a replacement cake. It is our responsibility to replace a similar product of equal or lesser value.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund

We currently only accept payments via PayPal for Visa or MasterCard

All online transaction information will not be kept with dandy.com.my and it’s all processed by PayPal secured payment gateway (www.paypal.com).

There will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.

Once orders have been processed, refunds or changes to the orders will not be possible.

You will see an error message and receive an email notification if the transaction was unsuccessful. Your credit card will not be charged if the transaction was unsuccessful. In this event, do take note of the error message and notify our office via email hello@dandy.com.my for investigation purposes.

No cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances were being accorded on a case by case basis. An up to RM20 administrative fee is payable for each amendment done to the order to recover transaction charges imposed on payment made via our payment gateway partner like PayPal and any other administrative costs.
